Our rooms are spacious and each can comfortably accommodate a whole family, and we have 9 indoor parking spaces.
The gazebo, pool and jacuzzi are the heart of the house and you can enjoy the sea and magical sunsets in front of you.
The space
Chandito's Luxury Beach house is located just 30 minutes from El Salvador International Airport, next to gas stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of restaurants.
The reservation you make is set to accommodate 15 people in 6 rooms. You can book for up to 35 people for an **additional cost** which depends on the number of extra guests you add
First level:
The lobby is perfectly decorated with unique pieces that give it a special touch, TV with fire stick and cozy, a pool table and a foosball game for you to share with your friends and family, in the room you will find a charging station for mobile phones and the whole environment air-conditioned.
In each bedroom you will find 2 inputs to charge your cell phone with USB and a C type charging outlet.
Bedroom #1: Suite featuring a king-size bed, mini bar, vanity, double sofa bed, closet with safe, private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning.
Bedroom #2: It consists of 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom, a closet, a safe, a private bathroom, and air conditioning.
Bedroom #3: It consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with 1 twin bed above and 1 full bed below, 1 additional twin bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, and a closet with safe.
Bedroom #4: It consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a closet with a safe, a bathroom, and air conditioning.
Parking space for 9 vehicles and ramp access for people with disabilities.
Second level:
Bedroom #5: It consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses, a closet with a safe, a TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace.
Bedroom #6: It consists of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed with 2 twin mattresses, a closet with a safe, air conditioning, and access to the terrace.
If you return to the ground floor and leave the lobby to go to the pool, you will find the terrace with comfortable furniture to rest.
Exteriors and social areas:
The pool is very large. Right next to it, there is a Jacuzzi for 6 people. During your stay, you can request that it be heated with hot water (at least half an hour before using it). Or you can enjoy it with the fresh water with which it is maintained.
When touring the property after the pool area you will find our beautiful gazebo, where you can dance with lights and top quality sound or sing at the top of your lungs in the karaoke or enjoy a movie. It is a real treasure in the house, creating unforgettable memories.
The gazebo is fully equipped with a high-definition speaker system, hammocks, dining room, kitchen, barbecue, and a family room where you can enjoy the sea breeze. It also has a dressing room, bathroom and shower. If you love cooking, this area is ideal to stay connected with your guests while cooking and preparing refreshing drinks.
In the outdoor garden we have placed an outdoor shower so you can remove the sand before entering the residence or the pool.
To complement your experience, you can request in advance and for an additional fee different Spa and beauty services such as:
- Relaxing massages
- Full body scrub
- Facials
- Boat tours on the Jaltepeque Estuary
- Cooking a super seafood platter (The typical seafood soup of El Salvador)
- Cook for two meal times (breakfast and dinner) until 7:00 PM

We have exclusive transportation for our guests 🚐 a minibus with ample space for trips from the airport to the house and vice versa; we also have internal tours to different tourist places in the country. Price enquiry ✨
If your reservation is 5 nights you will get the washing center to use 2 times during your stay, if your reservation is more than 5 nights, the washing center can use it 3 times during your stay.
Also if we visit with babies we have two cribs available (Corral for babies).
We have a pool table, outdoor games so you can have a great time as a family.
Transparency in your booking: For your convenience, the price you see on our calendar is already the final total amount. We have adopted the simplified fee model, which means you will no longer see additional platform service fees at checkout. The price per night includes all taxes and fees, ensuring that the amount you see is exactly what you pay for your stay at Chanditos.
Additional services and extra guests (beyond the 16th guest) for your reservation will incur an additional cost.
