The space
The Studio/Loft is a guest house separate from the owners home. Enjoy a two level art space complete with amenities of home.

Guest access
Once the guest has parked on the right side of the carport, they enter the black gate to the right and follow the sidewalk to the back building and enter through the front door. Guests are welcome to tour the garden and examine unique and rare plants and flowers. There is always something blooming almost year round. Also the screened in patio is available for when mosquitos are evident.

Other things to note
Once you make your reservation, check in is simple just arrive and enter through the gate then the front door of the guest house. Door will be unlocked and instructions are provided for keypad use.

Neighborhood highlights

Tournai Gardens is a private neighborhood 1/2 mile north of downtown Kaplan. There are no exposed electrical poles and wires as the electrical underground. The avenue continues to the back circle where there are more homes. Its a perfect walking community as the distance to the back circle and to The Studio/Loft is one mile to and back.
