Other things to note
Important Note: While Paradise Farmhouse sits on a peaceful 300-acre property, it is also part of the Norman Bird Sanctuary, an active nonprofit and nature preserve. The house, terrace, and lawn are fully private to Airbnb guests, but depending on the day and time of year, you may notice occasional activity from educational programs, nature camps, guided hikes, or community events held elsewhere on the sanctuary grounds.

There may be additional cars, light foot traffic, or some ambient noise during NBS events - all taking place outside your private area, but still nearby. If you’re concerned about timing or privacy for your stay, feel free to contact us directly - we’re happy to walk you through any scheduled programming or events.

Most guests find these gatherings enriching and inspiring, and you are always welcome to attend any public programs happening during your visit!
