The Loft is a well appointed penthouse style apartment located in Santa Barbara's artisan marketplace, The Mill, which is also home to a brewery and wine tasting room. The Loft has everything you need right outside the front door - once you're here you'll never want to leave!

The space
The Loft was recently remodeled with the goal of providing guests an immersive design experience without compromising comfort. Modern accents in the bedrooms and the living room compliment rich textiles creating a warm and welcoming feel. There is a large, open living room with an oversized sectional couch and an oversized flat screen TV.

The kitchen features state of the art appliances and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dish ware to prep the perfect meal.

There are two master suites featuring cal king beds, plush sheets, flat screen TVs, Sonos speakers, and large walk-in closets. One of the master suites features a modern hassle free fireplace - great for a cold winter night. The bathrooms are well appointed - one bathroom with a bath/shower combo and the other bathroom boasts a spacious stand up shower and a double sink vanity. Both bathrooms feature plush towels.

The outdoor patio at The Loft features breath taking views of the Santa Barbara Riviera and the open air courtyard at The Mill.

On the weekends these businesses stay open until 12am so, there is a likelihood you will over flow noises from these establishments.
