Big families, work groups, and hiker tramilies -- this is the place for you! This 5 br/2 ba newer home is near the Appalachian Trail (0.1 mi), Pen Mar Park (0.1 mi), Waynesboro PA (4 mi), Ski Liberty (9 mi), Hagerstown (16 mi), Gettysburg (16 mi), and Chambersburg (18 mi). All 5 bedrooms exit directly to large rear deck. Lovely, quiet, tree-filled lot.

Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, I can only accept reservation requests from guests who have received positive reviews from other hosts.

The space
This is a 5 bedroom, 2 full bathroom single-family home on 0.75 acres. There is a large rear deck overlooking a plot of mature trees (and occasional seasonal sunsets). The house is located in a quiet, old village. There is plenty of parking.

Guest access
The upstairs is all yours. This includes the main room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the back deck and the yard. You would not, however, have access to the attached apartment or the basement.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a dog/cat friendly property. Despite my best efforts, a stray hair or two may appear.

One more thing -- there was a hotel on this property until the 1920's. Unfortunately, occasionally, bits of 100+ year old glass show up in the yard (especially after hard rain). Please be cautious of any shiny bits in the grass.
