LIVING ROOM : 2 lazyboys,2 leather couches with pull out futon queen sized memory foam mattresses . Sony 75" flat screen smart TV w/Xfinity cable w/NFL network w/surround sound Sonos speakers, subwoofer & sound bar, that you can sync to your phone & stream your music svc through the Sonos app. You can sync the same music on all the speakers inside AND out on the lanai to be the same and adjust the volume on each one individually.
KITCHEN: A fully stocked Kitchen including pots, pans ,silverware, cups ,glasses ,coffee mugs, air fryer, nutri-bullet and blender for margarita or smoothie night , utensils ,spices, paper plates and cups. LANAI : you'll stay comfortable with the brand new "Liberator" 12,000 + CFM ceiling fans to keep plenty of air moving! (more details with pic captions) Comfortable couch seating by a 75" big screen Sony G@@gle smart TV w/Roku and Xfinity streaming cable w/ NFL network ! Fire table to add to the ambiance for an intimate evening when the nights cool off . 2 Sonos speakers and sound bar to stream your favorite music service and relax !
OUTDOOR KITCHEN : On the lanai is a brand new for 2023 built-in outdoor kitchen complete with commercial SS propane Infrared grill, exhaust hood, mini under counter fridge, slide out garbage can and 6 large commercial utensils hanging on the wall within arm's reach for the serious griller .
POOL/POOL CAGE : long lap-style heated pool protected by an extra height pool cage with the upgrade no-see-um screening. This is a much larger pool than an average Florida inground pool at most STR's in the area so there is an additional optional charge for daily pool heat which is $29.00 per day.
FISHING : sit at the rockers on the dock and watch the fish jump !
7 fishing poles and get started on some fishing ! A net, fish cleaning table, aerated shrimp/live bait bucket is also provided so you can go down the street to purchase some shrimp or other live bait for the best fishing. The first bait store is only about 3 minutes away and the second is only about 8 minutes at Laishley park marina. There is a fresh fish market across from the closest bait store that offers a fish cleaning service for a fee. 2 green fish attraction lights at the edge of our private 44 ft. dock come on automatically at dusk that attract all the small bait fish which attract all the big Snook to feed on them so either watch the show or throw a line in and enjoy the fun ! There is a wide variety of fish to catch and some are seasonal but anything from Sheepshead ,jacks, snook, ladyfish, black drum ,mangrove snappers ,redfish(red drum) and even some Tarpon. Many local fishing charter services in the area will take you either inshore fishing where they stay in the harbor and canals or other charters that will take you out into the gulf .
BICYCLES/2 SEATER KIDS BIKE TRAILER/STROLLER /KAYAKING/STAND UP PADDLEBOARD/SWIMMING /GOLF CLUBS/TENNIS RACKETS: We have a total of 6 kayaks and 1 SUP for your use ! 4 single kayaks and 2 of the double kayaks are in the garage and can easily be dropped down to ground level onto the dollies provided so you can wheel them down to the kayak launcher . All but 1 is brand new in 2023 and you can go on endless kayak adventures throughout the neighborhood (9 miles of canals without even leaving the neighborhood !) and along the mangroves to check out all the wildlife that call our area home . Once in awhile you may even see a manatee or a friendly dolphin on your adventure !
We strongly suggest you do not swim in the canals for your safety . 4 adult and 1 Childs Tennis rackets are provided. 6 golf club sets are provided as well . (1 tall mens,2 mens,2 womens,1 Left handed)
44ft. CONCRETE DOCK & PWC FLOATING DOCK : Bring your 40 ft. sailboat or cruiser and tie it up to our private dock and hook up to the provided at no extra charge shore power and water hook ups. BOAT RENTALS(by others) are also allowed to delivered and CAN BE TIED UP AT OUR PRIVATE DOCK every night during your stay. We can provide references through our guidebook after booking your stay.
NOTE ! : there are NO bridges to go under between our dock and the harbor !
POOL HEAT : (ideal for between OCT 15-May 15) not required, however 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. There is a separate fee of $29 per day must be paid at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Pool heater will heat the water up to approximately 78-80 degrees max .
WASHER/DRYER : Brand new for 2023 SPEEDQUEEN private washer and dryer and a portioned amount of laundry detergent are provided

NATURE & MARINE LIFE LOVERS :
Charlotte Harbor is the 2nd largest estuary in the entire U.S. ! What does this mean ? It means that lots and lots of fish are able to spawn and stay protected in the mangroves to produce one of the top fishing destinations in the entire state and many species of birds thrive because their main source of food are these young fish . You will love being surrounded by water and marine life in the backyard(yes ,we see Manatees and an occasional dolphin in the canal or near the dock, sorry we can't guaranty sightings :-) and across the street is Twin Isles Country Club that is one of approximately 100 golf courses in the state of Florida that are registered as an Audubon cooperative bird sanctuary. The Club is home to a wide variety of wildlife: Eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, wood stork, egrets, ibis and herons are some of the many species that make their home on the golf course.
At the south edge of our subdivision is the start of the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park ! The park is composed of 45,387 acres and protects more than 100 miles of shoreline along Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte and Lee counties. It is the THIRD LARGEST Florida State Park !
GOLFERS : Even though Punta Gorda is a boaters and fishermen's paradise , we haven't forgotten about our golf lovers ! We have no less than 6 full sets of Golf clubs waiting for you ! 2 ea. reg. Mens , 1 Tall mens, 2 womens and even have a set of left handed clubs for our Lefties ! Almost all the sets are brand new in 2023 .
Just across the street from the house is the 10th hole of the Beautiful 18 hole championship Twin Isles Country Club which has private memberships and is open to the public as well. Stop by the house a minute to grab a snack or refill your beverages as there is a vacant lot at the edge of the course across from us .The intersecting road across the street basically splits the entire course . There are 10 golf courses in Punta Gorda alone and 0 are municipal courses. There are also another 39 golf courses within 20 miles of town.
Twin Isles has a PGA Golf Professional that offers lessons, clinics, and youth programs to take your game to the next level. Need to sharpen your game between rounds? Their large practice area includes a full grass driving range, putting and chipping greens and sand bunker. Their full-service pro shop is stocked with a complete line of golf equipment and clothing.They also have some club set rentals available if you need more than what is provided at the house.
TENNIS : the closest tennis courts are located at the Twin Isles CC in the subdivision . We supply 4 adult rackets and 1 childrens racket and a 3 pack of tennis balls in the garage .
PICKLEBALL : YES ! we take our pickleball seriously here in Punta Gorda ! Our local Pickleplex which opened in 2019 hosted the very first Pickleball Global World Championship in the sports history ! Players from all over the globe that qualified flew into Punta Gorda for their opportunity of winning the $100,000 prize money It is located only about 6 miles away from our house and it boasts over 30 well kept courts with both membership and non-membership drop in fee options . There is also a county activities center in town that has additional courts as well.
SAILBOATING : Charlotte harbor is known to sailors everywhere as in the top 10 places to sail in the western hemisphere ! With its gulf breezes to keep wind in your sails in a semi-protected area from the gulf waves not overly deep .There are sailing charters that you can book , sailing lessons for adults and kids as well .
BOAT RENTALS(by others) : There are 2 main boat rental companies in the area and they have both indicated that they would consider delivering their boats to our dock and have them tied up and waiting for your arrival but let us know right away at your booking so we can send you the guidebook with their contact details because boat rentals fill up quickly in this area !
BASEBALL FANS ! : If you’re a baseball fan we are conveniently located to the spring training camps for 6 major baseball teams:

Charlotte Harbor is the 2nd largest estuary in the entire U.S. ! What does this mean ? It means that lots and lots of fish are able to spawn and stay protected in the mangroves to produce one of the top fishing destinations in the entire state and many species of birds thrive because their main source of food are these young fish . You will love being surrounded by water and marine life in the backyard(yes ,we see Manatees and an occasional dolphin in the canal or near the dock, sorry we can't guaranty sightings :-) and across the street is Twin Isles Country Club that is one of approximately 100 golf courses in the state of Florida that are registered as an Audubon cooperative bird sanctuary. The Club is home to a wide variety of wildlife: Eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, wood stork, egrets, ibis and herons are some of the many species that make their home on the golf course.
At the south edge of our subdivision is the start of the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park ! The park is composed of 45,387 acres and protects more than 100 miles of shoreline along Charlotte Harbor in Charlotte and Lee counties. It is the THIRD LARGEST Florida State Park !
GOLFERS : Even though Punta Gorda is a boaters and fishermen's paradise , we haven't forgotten about our golf lovers ! We have no less than 6 full sets of Golf clubs waiting for you ! 2 ea. reg. Mens , 1 Tall mens, 2 womens and even have a set of left handed clubs for our Lefties ! Almost all the sets are brand new in 2023 .
Just across the street from the house is the 10th hole of the Beautiful 18 hole championship Twin Isles Country Club which has private memberships and is open to the public as well. Stop by the house a minute to grab a snack or refill your beverages as there is a vacant lot at the edge of the course across from us .The intersecting road across the street basically splits the entire course . There are 10 golf courses in Punta Gorda alone and 0 are municipal courses. There are also another 39 golf courses within 20 miles of town.
Twin Isles has a PGA Golf Professional that offers lessons, clinics, and youth programs to take your game to the next level. Need to sharpen your game between rounds? Their large practice area includes a full grass driving range, putting and chipping greens and sand bunker. Their full-service pro shop is stocked with a complete line of golf equipment and clothing.They also have some club set rentals available if you need more than what is provided at the house.
TENNIS : the closest tennis courts are located at the Twin Isles CC in the subdivision . We supply 4 adult rackets and 1 childrens racket and a 3 pack of tennis balls in the garage .
PICKLEBALL : YES ! we take our pickleball seriously here in Punta Gorda ! Our local Pickleplex which opened in 2019 hosted the very first Pickleball Global World Championship in the sports history ! Players from all over the globe that qualified flew into Punta Gorda for their opportunity of winning the $100,000 prize money It is located only about 6 miles away from our house and it boasts over 30 well kept courts with both membership and non-membership drop in fee options . There is also a county activities center in town that has additional courts as well.
SAILBOATING : Charlotte harbor is known to sailors everywhere as in the top 10 places to sail in the western hemisphere ! With its gulf breezes to keep wind in your sails in a semi-protected area from the gulf waves not overly deep .There are sailing charters that you can book , sailing lessons for adults and kids as well .
BOAT RENTALS(by others) : There are 2 main boat rental companies in the area and they have both indicated that they would consider delivering their boats to our dock and have them tied up and waiting for your arrival but let us know right away at your booking so we can send you the guidebook with their contact details because boat rentals fill up quickly in this area !
BASEBALL FANS ! : If you’re a baseball fan we are conveniently located to the spring training camps for 6 major baseball teams:
