Waterpark access is not included - This property does not include access to the onsite Encore club , gym or water park, and while some images may depict food and drinks, these are not included in the property rental.** There is no daily housekeeping service. However, if you'd like a house cleaning, one can be requested for an additional fee. For your safety, all food items are removed after each guest checks out, therefore, there will be no food items or cooking condiments prior to check-in. You'll need to purchase these items if you'll be cooking at home. We provide a few essentails to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in the trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. Just note that these items are not replenished during your stay.
Pool & Jacuzzi Heat / BBQ Usage: The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional fee of $55 USD per day for a minimum of 3 days or $350 USD per week. Please note that It takes between 24 and 36 hours to reach a comfortable temperature. It is set at 87°F .
This service must be requested and paid for no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival and cannot be requested once your stay starts and during your stay given the time it takes to heat the pool in advance. There are no refunds for this service once it has been booked.
If you’d like only Spa tub heat, the spa tub can be heated for an additional fee of $25 USD per day - please note that the spa tub is not a separate jacuzzi. The spa tub uses the pool heater and needs to be turned on and activated with the pool heater system and turned on SEPARATELY with the spa tub timer which is located in the porch area on the back outside wall of the house near the Barbeque. Once the spa tub heat is activated, turn the spa tub timer knob to turn the system on. It typically takes approximately 15 minutes in the winter to reach desired heat, so turn it on in advance.
Please let us know if you’d like to use a BBQ grill during your stay - we'll send you a link to order a grill rental for your stay , price starts at approximately $65 with free delivery and pickup. BBQ Utensils are in the kitchen island , bottom draw near the sink.
Outdoor Cameras: This home has an outdoor visible Ring camera on the side of the home pointing towards and monitoring the pool filter equipment to prevent equipment vandalism. There is also an outdoor visible Ring camera monitoring the driveway located right over the garage door. There is also a Ring Doorbell outside of the front door. Note there are no indoor cameras.
