The space
Important Information for Guests
We offer enough space for two boats to park. We also have outside plugs to charge boat batteries.
Wildlife in Wooded Areas: Take a moment to appreciate the lively wildlife in our wooded surroundings, including deer, squirrels, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. Our collaboration with a reliable pest control company ensures regular treatments, but encountering these critters in or around the cabin is possible. Remember, critter sightings are a natural part of our landscape and don't qualify for refunds.
Complimentary Starter Pack: We're delighted to provide you with a starter pack that includes 1 dishwasher pack, 1 laundry detergent, and 2 coffee pods. Our coffee maker accepts pods or regular coffee grounds. Please remember to bring your own charcoal and firewood.
Tiny Home Space: Our charming cottage offers a cozy, tiny home experience with limited space. Access to the loft is via a ladder, and the headspace doesn't allow for standing. We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy the unique charm of our petite dwelling.

Guest access
Lake Access and Safety: For your safety, we kindly ask that you refrain from accessing the lake through our property. The lake is on the main channel and the water is deep. The path down to the water can be quite steep and slippery when wet, so please exercise caution. If you choose to venture down, feel free to use the solo stove fire pit and enjoy some fishing from the bank.

We are excited to offer a cozy hot tub for two guests.

No Pets Policy: While we're passionate about rescue pets, we regretfully can't accommodate them in our home. We kindly request all guests to respect this policy. Any breach of the no-pet rule will incur a $500 cleaning fee.
