Grandson Tristan who launched Little Nan’s Bar in London, is now spoiling you with this Holiday Home.
Located literally moments away from the harbour, beach, Newtons Cove, Brewers Quay, your holiday here will consist full of adventures, both outside and inside the House, which is full of mod cons, where the obsessive attention to detail to make your stay as amazing, comforting, creative as possible is absolute key

The space
You will have full private use of the whole house, which is split over 4 floors, so lots of space for you to relax in. You may not want to leave the house during your visit, and spend all your time soaking in the maximalist kitsch atmosphere.

Amazing Sea & Harbour Views from The Moview Room, and JoJos Bedroom!

There is 3 Bedrooms:

*John-Clyde Bedroom - Sleeps 2 guests on a very comfy king bed. Large Dressing are.

*JoJo’s Bedroom - Sleep 2 guests on a very comfy king bed. En-Suite Bathroom with separate shower cubical. Sea views.

*90s Bedroom - Sleeps 4 guests in Bunkbeds with very comfy mattresses. 90s console gaming area / CD area.

*All bedrooms have super comfy Emma Mattresses, all linen, extra cushions and pillows if required, and towels.

There is 3 Reception Rooms:

*Dining area - Just off the open plan kitchen, the table can extend to fit 8 guests.

*Lounge - Next to the open plan kitchen, this room has a 3 seater sofa, comfy 1 seater chair, various cushions and cuddly toys suitable for sitting on and hugging, along with 4 bar stools, and a midnight feast bar area. There is a props cabinet full of fun hats, wigs and dress up. 42inch TV with Sky TV & Cinema, and all the streaming platforms.

*Moview Room - Top floor Movie Room with Amazing View of the sea, Weymouth and the Harbour. Very cosy Cubby seating for 8 guests, and Large TV with all the streaming platforms. Amazing Velux Balcony windows.

The Kitchen :

Open plan, next to the Dining area, and the Lounge, and the back yard. All the mod cons - NEFF induction hob / air fryer / juicer / blender / NEFF cooker / double fridge and freezer / kettle / toaster / dishwasher / washing machine / tumble dryer / afternoon tea crockery / Breakfast bar with stools

*The LAV of Love - Downstairs WC with 2 selfie mirrors, and washing machine.

*Eastend Mermaid Bath & Shower Room - Large free-standing bath with waterfall taps. Separate extra large shower cubicle. WC.

*JoJo’s En-Suite - Large freestanding bath, and separate shower cubical. Sea views. WC.

Other things to note
Even though we are not allowed to have mad parties in the house, the house is very suitable for celebrations, perfect get away to celebrate a Birthday, or Hen weekend with a group of friends. If you are booking in for a celebration, then please do let us know, so we can make your experience extra special for you.

Neighborhood highlights

The house is located in Chapelhay, which is literally moments away from the pretty harbour, and the lovely Newtons Cove, past Brewers Quay. Use the Chapelhay Steps to get to the harbour quickly, and you come to the Town Bridge, which takes you into central Weymouth and onwards to the Beach.

I love Newtons Cove and Nothe Gardens so much, and it's moments away from the house. I strongly suggest a walk round there!

Over the road is a corner shop to get your drinks and essentials. There is also a Chinese Takeaway there too.

Everyone is super friendly, and directly opposite the house is a small park with a children's playground.

Hey! I'm Grandson Tristan, and I launched Little Nan's Bar in Deptford, SE London on Valentines Day 2013. I toured the bar as a pop-up all around London, until finding a space under 2 Arches in Deptford, where we have been since 2016. During the huge 2021 Lockdown I moved to Weymouth, and spent the whole time decorating the house, which is now available for you to rent when I am working back in London or on an event.
