With room for up to four guests, this stylish oasis offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience and style. Located a few blocks from Historic Pearl Street, you'll find a vibrant mix of boutiques, coffee shops, eateries, breweries, and the best Farmer’s Market and sushi restaurant in Denver!!!
The space
Our place is perfect for those wanting to explore Denver, hike in the foothills, visit Red Rocks for a concert, hanging out on Pearl Street and parents visiting their kids at DU. Inside your Chic Retreat, you'll find a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Sink into plush furnishings, bask in the natural light that floods through the many windows, and enjoy the thoughtfully designed decor that exudes contemporary fun.
Key features and amenities include:
o Newly built guest house with all new furniture and appliances
o Ask about our Red Rocks Package for chairs, blankets and coolers.
o Privacy—the guest house is detached and separated from the main house and has its own private entrance
o Smoke-free environment
o Zoned HVAC for custom controlled cooling/heating
o High-speed WiFi with reliable coverage
o New smart TVs in living room (55”) and bedroom (43”) with streaming and all local channels
o Full kitchen with new appliances and all necessary cooking utensils and condiments
o Keurig coffee maker
o Bedroom has queen bed, locking doors for privacy and black-out shades
o Walk-in closet with In-unit washer/dryer and detergent
o Living room has sleeper sofa with comfortable full-size mattress
o Parking in one-car garage or easy street parking
o A dedicated and detailed focus on cleanliness all around the house

- Self check-in any time after 4pm, Smart Lock code will be provided
- Guest house is detached and separated from the main house by a patio/yard.
- Access is from the alley via side entrance or through 1-car garage reserved for guests.
- The suite is located on second floor with stairs
Other things to note
- Owners live in the main house with two dogs. You cannot enter through the front yard or front gate.
- We respect the privacy of our guests and hope you will do the same.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Any sort of smoking will result in a $500 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.
- Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay.
