The space
This home can sleep up to 8. It has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in each and queen size sleeper sofa.

House includes all amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen, keuig coffee maker, blender, toaster, work space, washer/dryer, smart tv's in all bedrooms and living room, free wifi, towels, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and adjustable thermostat.

Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We also include light cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

Pet Pet Policy:
Pets must be approved and disclosed upfront.
Pets carry additional $500 refundable damage deposit or booking will be canceled. We advertise high cleaning standards, traveler is responsible for carpet/upholstery cleaning upon check-out.

100% guest access! An accurate guest count must be included on all reservations. No unauthorized overnight guests without pre-approval from host. It will result in cancellation of reservation.

Please be advised that pets are not permitted without approval. It will result in a $400 fine plus the cost incurred for extra cleanup and/or damages and cancellation of reservation.
