HELPFUL INFO/DISCLOSURES:

- The restroom and showers for the yurt are not located inside the yurt, but are located a short 1 minute walk away in our Office building.

- Bring bug spray, there are mosquitos at our location. Typically from Sunset until Dark is when they come out. We suggest staying inside during this time period.

- Our location experiences extreme winds, usually from November to March. This can create ALOT of noise in the yurt. If you are sensitive to noise, please keep this in mind when deciding if this is a good Airbnb rental for you. Bring earplugs. There is a fan for white noise.

- Fire Restrictions are usually put in place by mid summer. No wood Firepits, charcoal BBQ's or smoking is allowed during fire restricted times.

- We do not charge a cleaning fee. Please be respectful of the housekeeping schedule. Leave the yurt in clean condition at your departure and put furniture back if you move it. Clean BBQ tools at the Laundry sink.

- We have an umbrella to the picnic table for the Summer. Please put down the umbrella anytime you are not using it. Our area can have unexpected high winds. We want to keep our Guests and the Yurt from getting hurt by a flying umbrella.

- The minerals in the hot springs may tarnish some metal jewelry.
