Simple house, located on the paradisiacal beach of Japaratinga, with four en-suites, swimming pool, barbecue area and large green area. The house is complete with all appliances and utensils for the home. It is close to the ferry that gives access to the municipality of Porto de Pedras and is approximately 9 km from the center of Japaratinga.

The space
Our house is approximately 100 meters from the beach, the entire house is surrounded by fruit trees. We have a lawn in front of and to the side of the house where you can set up hammocks.
