The space


Modern 2nd floor Apartment in central location, just off The Strand, within 2 minutes walking distance from the seaside, sandy beaches, promenade, boat cruises, buses, taxi stands, shopping center, restaurants, tourist attractions, children's parks and more.

The accommodation is comprised of 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed/or 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds/ or 1 double bed, and 1 single bedroom with the balcony), a bathroom with the shower cabin and washing machine, build-in kitchen with all appliances leading to the big lovely terrace.
Capital City Valletta is within 20 minutes reach by bus or 10 minutes by ferry. The bus stop are just down the road from the apartment within 2 min walk. The bus stop to Paceville/ St.Julian’s is also that close and the ride takes about 5 minutes alternatively it’s a 10 minute walk along the promenade.

Facilities: Sleeps 4 to 6 (using sofa bed). gas heater,TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Kettle & all kitchen utensils, Automatic Washing Machine, bed linen and towels are provided free.

Electricity card meter is installed to the property !

Please note that we can provide you with baby high chair and crib with all bed linen.

A starter pack of fresh food such as bread, milk, butter, fruits and etc. can be prepared against payment.

Светлые, просторные, оформленные в морском стиле аппартаменты расположены в лучшем районе острова, на границе Слимы и Сан-Джулианса, всего в 200 метрах от Променада, пляжей (песок либо скалы с оборудованными спусками в воду), ресторанов, кафе, парка и детских площадок. Рядом удобная транспортная развязка, несколько прямых рейсовых автобусных маршрутов довезут вас Валлетты за 20 минут.
Аппартаменты общей площадью 120 кв. м. coстоят из 3 изолированных спален (1-я с двухспальной кроватью или 2 односпальными, 2-я с 2-мя односпальными кроватями или 1 двухспальной (в зависимости от пожелания гостей), и третья с одной односпальной кроватью) кухни и санузла и оснащены всем необходимым. Санузел с душевой кабиной и стиральной машиной, новая встроенная кухня с бытовой техникой Электролюкс, необходимый набор посуды, спальных принадлежностей и полотенец, ТВ и беспроводной интернет Wi-Fi. К кухне прилегает терраса, на которой вы можете обедать и просто отдыхать на открытом воздухе.
Если Вы путешествуете с маленьким ребенком мы предоставим Вам детскую кроватку со всеми спальными принадлежностями и стульчик для кормления.

Interaction with guests

Guests will be greeted on arrival irrelevant of the time of arrival.
A taxi can also be arranged on request. Landlord is available at all times for any assistance the guests might need during the stay.

The neighborhood

The town of Sliema is centrally located and close to all hot spots. Cruises can be booked from boots located on the promenade and bus tops are just across the rod from the property. Grocery stores, bakery, butchers, fish shops, pharmacies, take aways, bars, restaurants, children's park, shopping center and banks are at walking distance.

Getting around

With the property being right in a super location, it is easy to get around by walk or by bus which is located right across the road.

Other things to note

Minimum noise will be expected from visitors.

Bus (X2) from the airport to our bus stop called " Antik" in Sliema Balluta.

Natalia and her husband are perfect hosts and very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as described. It is in a perfect location very close to a super mini market around the corner and just off the Main Street where there are great restaurants and from where you can catch the local buses and also arrange tours. If you have small children there is a lovely well equipped park nearby - this is a perfect base to stay and explore Malta - thank you

The flat is situated in perfect location; in the quiet street so you can enjoy afternoon sun on the big terrace and just street away from busy promenade with lots of restaurants where you can walk along the coast. Very easy access by buses to all parts of the island. The location gives you all, the peaceful relax not being far from lively tourists area. The flat is very spacious and clean. I would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed the stay at Natalias's flat. The flat was really big and clean and also has a nice balcony. The flat is in a quiet area but close to restaurants and bars. The bus stop is also just 2 minutes away from the flat. We would definitely stay in Natalia's flat again.

We spent 1 week in wonderful Malta. Malta is great and so was our apartment. We were welcomed by Mazen when we arrived to apartment. He helped us to carry luggages up and showed us apartment, gave us lots of tips etc. He also took care of us when we were leaving back to airport. We've seen a hospitality before but especially here it's very good. Apartment is exactly as it was described. It is very clean and tidy, very well located and spacious. We were travelling with a child, I can highly recommend this apartment to stay also because it's very quiet. There's also terrace and small balcony which we found very nice. Public transportation, restaurants, food store, shore line, playgrounds are also very near so I would say that this is a perfect location to stay. After a long day walking around it's very nice to know there's very good beds and pillows to get some rest so I´d like to give special thanks to them.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment. It is very modern, spacious and very clean. Its position in Sliema is perfect for the shops and seafront and is in a very nice area. There is a very well-equipped mini market which sells just about everything a couple of minutes down the road. The bus stops to Valletta and other places on the island are only 5 minutes walk away as are a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Natalia and Mazen are excellent hosts - very friendly and helpful. We stayed here with our 14 year old daughter and it was a perfect location and would certainly book in here again.
