The space
Once the architectural folly of our ancestors, it offered a breathtaking view of its vines to the seafront to allow them to exercise their talents as a painter. Nowadays, each floor of the tower corresponds to a different room, a true vertical habitat. Its authentic stone staircases create a warm atmosphere specific to these places, just for you (the tower is reserved entirely for you).
From its roof terrace, experience a Mediterranean atmosphere, and rub shoulders with the tops of cedars and umbrella pines. You can admire the sunrises & sunsets and the starry sky, with a wide panorama from Montpellier to La Grande Motte.
On the ground floor, experience the calm and fullness of its leisure park. Either by walking through its paths where you can sit on the benches available, or by sharing a moment of relaxation from your terrace on stilts. All this haven of peace for you, within the buzzing city of Montpellier. A family campaign of several generations preserved in a metropolis in the South of France.
You have an entire habitat, with on the ground floor a complete kitchen and its dining table, as well as its lounge terrace with a view of the park. On the first level, a relaxation area consisting of a sofa and its varied library. A history of the family estate is available for reading, for your curiosity. You will also find the equipped bathroom, as well as the toilets. Then, by taking the spiral staircase, you reach your bedroom, equipped with storage space for your belongings and a connected TV. Finally on the third level, you can enjoy the roof terrace and its deckchairs, or the bar area to enjoy the view. A mini fridge is at your disposal at the top of the stairs to keep your meals cool.
A set of equipment is at your service to fully enjoy your stay. In particular, a Marshall bluetooth speaker to create your atmosphere, a picnic basket to set up your aperitifs and snacks on the roof terrace, or a towel dryer for your bathing comfort.
Guest access
The floors of the tower are connected by natural stone stairs, with a ramp to the first floor. Then, access to the bedroom and the roof terrace is via a spiral staircase, equipped with a central rope to hold on to and handles at room level.
To access the habitat, a marked route through the park (day and night) will help you find your way from the entrance to the estate to the Tower. Your private & secured parking space is located in the entrance courtyard to the estate, opposite the park. A trolley is at your disposal to transport your luggage more easily, through the aisles and paths.
You can choose to be welcomed and guided the day of your arrival, or discover the place in complete privacy without the host's accompaniment. Just follow the directions to find your way easily.

> > Welcoming your pets: One dog maximum. He is accepted as long as he is educated and clean. Please do not put him/her on armchairs and bed. The doggies will have the whole park to stretch themselves, please respect the private areas, where the owners' dog lives in particular. It remains your responsibility. For their needs, please respect the premises. In the Tower 2 bowls are at your disposal. Household utensils are also present if needed, thank you in advance for your diligence.
> Ideally located in the city, several modes of transport are possible:
- Bus: line 17 stop in front of the gate, city center and Saint Roch station 15 minutes away.
- Car: City center and Saint Roch train station 10 minutes away, Montpellier Sud de France station 20 minutes away, Montpellier Méditerranée airport 25 minutes away.
- Tramway: closest station with park and ride 5 minutes by car: Sabine. Inauguration in 2025 of line 5 which passes in front of the estate, with the Estanove station which will be next to the entrance gate.

On the right when leaving the gate you will find all the necessary shops: bakery-pastry shop, small supermarket, newsagent, fishmonger, pharmacy, butcher, fruit & vegetable store, hairdresser , dry cleaning, post office and bank.
> Sustainable development:
During the day, the Tower is powered by solar panels. The electrical equipment is new and has optimized consumption. The air conditioning is optimally adjusted, please do not modify it, otherwise contact us. You are also invited to use the 2 sorting bins at your disposal. Also remember to turn off the light when leaving a room.
> The interior of the Tower and the park are non-smoking.
However, 2 spaces with ashtrays are tolerated: the roof terrace and the terrace on stilts. Please respect this provision, you are in the middle of a protected green space.
> The 4000 m2 park is freely accessible day and night.
At nightfall, take advantage of its lighting to discover it from a new angle. It is delimited by clearly indicated private accesses. The fixed lighting which marks the route to the Tower turns on at dusk and turns off at 1 a.m. The interior of the park lights up as you progress thanks to projectors with motion sensors.
> For rugby fans, the MHR stadium, the "GGL stadium", is a 10-minute walk away.
> Due to its architecture, the Tower is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
