The space
Recently renovated apartment (August 2023), consisting of two double bedrooms, living room with TV with free access to Prime Video content, laundry area, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, induction stove, kettle, toaster and ample supply of pots, pans and dishes for every need. Bathroom with large shower.
The apartment is on the second floor of a historic 1930 building (like many historic buildings the building does not have an elevator) overlooking a quiet square in the historic center of Chiavari, famous for its medieval arcades.
Strategically located both for visiting the town and for being used as a base for visiting the beautiful Ligurian Riviera di Levante: the train station is just a 6-minute walk away, as well as the beach.
Our family personally takes care of the cleaning to make sure you find the accommodation as we would like to find it when we go on vacation: for this reason, we carry out the check-in ourselves and remain available to our guests for advice and suggestions throughout the period of the stay.
For your safety, there is a carbon monoxide sensor (UNI EN 50291-1:2010 compliant), a gas leak sensor (European standard EN 50194 compliant) and a fire extinguisher in the accommodation.

Pets not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The condominium does not have an elevator (the apartment is on the second floor)
