You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Our home is a Farmhouse constructed in 1836, located in Southern Chester County, PA. This historic Quaker farmhouse was built during the era of the Underground Railroad. Located just North of Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square

Our Inn offers 5 individually decorated & uniquely appointed bedrooms. This listing presents the LONGWOOD Bedroom

We are a short drive to Winterthur, Hagley Museum, Brandywine Battlefield and Longwood Gardens

Guests will have full access to our living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room with 12 ft farmhouse table & fireplace. Also available is a study and an extensive library of coffee table books on local attractions, museums, artwork, architecture and international museums, WW1, WW2, Korean War & Vietnam.

Hosts on site - available to interact with guests as little or as much as desired.

Other things to note
Pets are not permitted, sorry. Hosts have 1 Golden Retriever that lives on site and will be in adjacent property without access to guest rooms.

Primary goal for my wife & I was the full restoration of this historic home. We have reimagined and restored home to much of its former glory. We have installed all new Air Conditioning & Heating, as well as all new plumbing, electrical wiring & fixtures.

Neighborhood highlights

Fox Creek Inn is the original farmhouse for the 300 acre farm created by Milton Marshall in 1836. The Marshall family owned this property until the 1940's. At that point the Hicks family purchased and ran a dairy farm through 2000. Our Farmhouse currently resides on a parcel of land within the Traditions at Longwood development adjacent to rt. 926. We are only the 3rd family to reside and maintain Fox Creek Farm Inn since 1836.
