Relax in a private room with private bath in our beautiful B&B. Enjoy this peaceful setting on over 8 acres featuring a wrap around porch and a fully stocked pond. Your room includes, a comfortable sitting area, TV/DVD, mini-fridge, refreshments, coffee and snacks. Shared spaces include a cozy living room with a Smart TV/ DVD. An open loft game room, outdoor patio with hot tub, finished garage with walk-out patio to a gas grill, fire pit & picnic area by the pond.

The space
The cabin was built from hand hued, reclaimed barn timbers, barn flooring and roof rafters from 3 separate barns located throughout Ohio. The Homestead also features locally sourced limestone, black hand sandstone blocks and reclaimed slate fragmented by hand for the kitchen flooring and countertops. The two main entrance doors were created from original solid logs harvested from the bottom of the Ohio & Erie Canal. Upon its completion, it was featured on the Fairfield County Heritage Tour.

Guest access
The Homestead B&B offers 2 private bedrooms with full baths rented separately on Airbnb. If you wish to reserve both bedrooms, each bedroom must be reserved on Airbnb separately. Feel free to contact us if you have any issues . The Homestead is free to explore and enjoy as your own, with the exception of bedrooms reserved by other guests and the main kitchen. The main kitchen and appliances are reserved for the host, but feel free to use the dining room table to enjoy your meals. A refrigerator, freezer and microwave are located in the downstairs game room /garage area for use during your stay along with a mini fridge in each room. We encourage guests to make themselves at home. Enjoy the game room, relax in the hot tub, fish in the pond (BARB-LESS HOOKS, CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY) or just lounge around.

Other things to note
Please make yourselves familiar with the fire extinguisher locations, first aid kit, and smoke/carbon dioxide detectors for your safety. Please notify us if any detectors are activated at any time. Your comfort and safety is our number one concern. Also please note that to access your room you will be required to climb at least one set of stairs.
