Staying with Emiliano was one of my mom and I's most favourite experience in all of Italy.
His home is perfectly located between the city centre and the magnificent Piazzale Michelangelo, accessible by foot or bus. We loved strolling down to Piazza Santa Spirito where there is a farmer's market every other day, great places for coffee or lunch, and a delicious gelato shop just before the bridge.
Emiliano and his lovely friend/housekeeper made our stay feel right at home. They were generous with their time and muscles, helping us with our heavy bags and showing us the way to different places in town. The space is clean, fresh and homely. Emiliano cooked for us on a late Sunday evening (delicious!) and treated us so well throughout our stay.
I would highly recommend this place and will certainly stay here the next time I am back in Florence.
Had a really good time in Florence! Emiliano was very nice, received us with a wine bottle and had a lot of tips printed for us. That was super helpfull!
Really good location for bars and restaurants, and only 15 minute walking to the tourist part. Was perfected being so close without the felling of being in a really busy and tourist area.
We had a great stay here! The room is very nice and it' s nicely located at walking distance from all sights. I would like to come back someday. The bed was a bit on the hard-side. Nevertheless; we were super happy to stay here in Florence! Thanks Emiliano and family!!
Thank you, Emiliano and Mom! Great location, easy to reach center of town, within 10 minute walk to train station, quiet neighborhood, clean room with bath, local restaurants, and we enjoyed our visit to Florence.
House was very comfortable, we spent really good time. Location was very central. We'd love to stay for our next trip to Florence. Our homeowner Emiliano was really kind, hospitable person, also her mother too. We're happy for our choice to stay this house. They have wonderful wines!

Ciao a tutti!
