Newly built mini villa within walking distance from two of the world's best disc golf courses, Ale Discgolfcenter as well as close to Uspastorp Discgolfpark.
Below is a fantastic pristine meadow landscape with forest next door, which is why from the villa with a little luck you can see majestic red deer, moose, wild boar, fox and cranes and others.
The property sleeps 4 beds divided into 1 double bed as well as 2 super comfy double sofa beds as well as all possible amenities.

The space
This charming mini villa offers 60 square meters of living space with a separate bedroom equipped with a continental bed (180x200cm), comfortable mattress as well as hypoallergenic quilts and pillows. The bathroom is fully tiled and has both a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen, which is part of an open plan, is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, with most appliances purchased in 2023/2024.

In the living room there are two very comfortable sofa beds with bed dimensions 140 x 200 cm each, as well as a 55-inch 4K TV with integrated Chromecast. Athmos certified sound bar and subwoofer, Apple TV 4K. In addition, free fast Wi-Fi and a Northern Lights projector are offered.

In the bedroom you can enjoy the nature outside without even stepping up. On the 85 inch TV, using a night vision camera mounted on the outside of the house, you can see the meadow below just when you want. If you'd rather see something else, here's also an Apple TV 4K.

The villa has a large, newly built south and east facing deck with a total area of about 50 square meters, which offers a wonderful view of the meadows where wild animals often pass by. The house is about 75 meters from the main building in the courtyard. Welcome!

A unique accommodation for those who want to experience the Swedish nature, only 25 minutes from central Gothenburg. The house is equipped for 4 people but 6 people can stay overnight if you can imagine sharing space in the 140 cm wide sofa beds.

- The guest cleans the house and leaves it in the same condition as you found it upon arrival. Cleaning supplies are available in the property.
- Cleaning when moving out can be purchased by the host for SEK 750, does not include dishes or care for garbage.
- Sheets are not included in the stay. Hotel quality sheets can be rented from the host for SEK 125 per set. If towels are also desired, there is additional SEK 75. The sheets are made by the guest.
- Defibrillator (Heart starter) is at the host.
