The space
The apartment has a living room with large sliding doors with access to the terrace that give a feeling of spaciousness and openness to the outside, and make this space a bright and welcoming place. The kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances is fully equipped. It has a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds, perfect to accommodate 4 people. It has a full bathroom with shower and another outdoor shower.
This apartment is 70m2 and is on the first floor of a building without an elevator.

Reservations are not allowed for groups of young people UNDER 25 YEARS OLD.

Loss of keys will incur a supplement of €45 for each set .

For stays of 28 days or more, electricity, water and gas supplies are included up to a maximum of €200 per month. If the consumption of supplies exceeds this rate, the guest must pay the difference. The host will submit a request through Airbnb for the required amount which the guest must accept and pay.

This apartment has electric awnings. Please make good use of them. During check-in we will check their perfect functioning; any subsequent breakdown that requires technical repair will be the responsibility of the guest.

Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but must leave the apartment in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

We are subject to the Air Cover accident and theft insurance coverage offered by Airbnb.

CHECK-IN

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., all arrivals between 09:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. there will be a surcharge of €20. Arrivals after 12:00 am will not be attended.

The person responsible for check-in will wait at the apartment to hand over the keys and explain the operation of the facilities. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary waits.

You will receive a copy of the contract that you must sign and accept the booking conditions. It is essential to present the original passport or ID of all people staying.

On the day of departure you must be prepared to leave the apartment at the time you have agreed with the check-in staff. The permitted departure time is until 11:00 a.m.
