There may come a time when the condo requires mandatory routine pest control or AC maintenance. You will see the notice posted on the elevator. Please accommodate these services only if your reservation dates happen to be on one of these dates. They shouldn't take too long. Notices will be posted in advance (e.g., in the elevator), and guests are expected to accommodate these services if their reservation overlaps with the scheduled dates.
Refusal to grant access may result in additional fees and/or fines imposed by the building management. In such cases, the tenant agrees to be financially responsible for any penalties, service rescheduling fees, or costs incurred due to non-compliance.

A sliding door that can be used to close the main bedroom area from the living room area, and another door to separate the bathroom from the main bedroom, so that even guests can use the bathroom without disturbing the people in the main bedroom.
Due to liability concerns, we do not provide cooking items such as oil, salt, pepper, and similar items.
We provide only certain amount of supplies such as paper towel and toilet paper. There will be no refills service. If you find something missing for the 1st day check in please inform us we will try to inform the cleaner.

You will be able to walk to the mall or the lagoon/beach nearby. Pay parking next to the building is around 28 USD per night which is cheaper than the hotel parking. (actual cost may vary or changed depending on the parking management, but this gives you some idea)
Other things to note
We all enjoy the beach, but please ensure that no sand is brought into the room as it is difficult to clean up for the cleaner.
***PARKING - Located in the building and is an extra expense at $33.00 per day (effective October 1st, 2024).
***OWNER/MANAGER ACCESS - The building occasionally requires all units for routine pest control and maintenance (plumbing and air conditioning). Building Management sets the scheduled service dates and times. Usually, one will see a post in the elevator to inform you about it. The choice to be present or not is yours. Manager will be able to access the unit upon giving reasonable notice for the above and also in case of emergencies of repairs.
****Reporting: Pls report any leaks or damage to the unit. Any damage to the unit or items lost may result in an extra cost to repair or replace.
Photo IDs: For security purposes, we require photo IDs from guests over the age of 18. Please send them via Airbnb after booking.
**** Supplies: we are providing enough supplies for you to start off your stay however if your stay is longer length you will be responsible to supply your own.

- Do not rearrange the furniture. If you move anything, return it to its original place.
- Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Dispose of all other items in
the trash.
- Regularly remove trash to assist the building in pest control. The trash room is on the same floor level at the very end of the hallway on each floor
- Pets are not permitted.

***Appliances: We aim to ensure all appliances are functional during your stay. In the unlikely event of a malfunction, we will endeavor to arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, immediate resolution or repair cannot be guaranteed due to stock and technician availability. Thus, this cannot be grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please reserve only if you accept this policy. We value your understanding and cooperation should any issues arise.
*** The condo may occasionally have a water shut-off for maintenance, which is beyond our control and typically lasts only a short duration. Situations like power outages due to the electricity company or area issues are also beyond our control. Please be understanding as these are usually for a limited time. Should the Condo
water shut off last more than 7 hours of the day, we will refund $100 for that day of your booking.

Some may need to delay check out usually the check out time is 11am strict. But sometimes we may try to accommodate our guests. We reserve the right to charge fee for late check out and also decline such request.
