Concert season is here! If you need a comfortable home to retreat to, this is the place for you! Sleeps 12 with three queen beds, a full bed, twin top bunk, and two futons. You'll get plenty of rest after a big night at the Gorge Amphitheater or full day of boating! Huge brand new deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ and backyard to relax. Being close to a public boat launch and river access/ beaches make this a great place to stay for river fun and concerts at the Gorge! Min. booking age: 25 yrs

We are excited to give you the best experience possible! Brand new large deck along the back side of the house with outdoor games available make this such a fun place for your large group! Ask about watersports equipment like paddleboards and floaties!

Other things to note
It's a good idea to bring all your own groceries and a cooler or two with ice and cold drinks for the hot summer temperatures as the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away! There is a convenience store in Sunland that has drinks, ice, coffee, ice cream as well.

I am a former classroom teacher, current passionate learning designer and property manager who loves helping people enjoy good times, relaxation and concerts on the Columbia River near the Gorge Amphitheatre, and in my hometown of Leavenworth! Our time with friends and family is precious and I work hard to provide exceptional guest experiences and exceed expectations! I have lived, worked and studied in various places around the globe including Mexico, New Zealand and Australia, but am so happy to be based back home.
