Large Provencal house located amid the vineyards of Sablet and enjoying a very beautiful view of the famous Dentelles de Montmirail.

As the house is leaning against the Briguières hill, you will also enjoy breathtaking views of the entire plain. Depending on where you can, you can also see the ridge of Saint Amand. Beyond the vineyards you can walk in the woods of the property.

The space
Recently renovated, the house offers 4 bedrooms (including 2 master bedrooms with bathroom and adjoining dressing room) and 3 bathrooms as well as a very large very well-equipped kitchen and a large living room. It can accommodate 8 people comfortably.

In summer you can enjoy a pleasant temperate temperature throughout the house which is fully air-conditioned. In the winter, you can enjoy underfloor heating on the ground floor, and individual heating with thermostat in each bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with towel dryer.

The fireplace is only decorative and cannot be put into operation.

Le Mas has a beautiful 9x4m pool, secured with an electric roller shutter. The swimming pool is heated from April 18 to June 30 and from September 1 to November 2. It's closed from November 4 to March 31.

Pool heating depends on outdoor weather conditions, so specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
