Large Provencal house located in the middle of the vineyards of Sablet and enjoying a beautiful view of the famous Dentelles de Montmirail.

The house being backed by the hill of Briguières, you will also enjoy breathtaking views of the entire plain. Depending on where you are, you can also admire the ridge of Saint Amand. Beyond the vineyards you can walk in the woods of the property.

The space
Recently renovated, the house offers 4 bedrooms (including 2 master bedrooms with adjoining bathroom and dressing room) and 3 bathrooms as well as a very large, very well-equipped kitchen and a large living room. It can accommodate 8 people comfortably.

In summer you can enjoy a pleasant temperate temperature throughout the house, which is fully air-conditioned. In winter, you can enjoy underfloor heating on the ground floor, and individual heating with thermostat in each room. All bathrooms are equipped with towel dryers.

The fireplace is only decorative and cannot be operated.

Le Mas has a beautiful 9x4 m pool, secured with an electric roller shutter. The swimming pool is heated from April 18 to June 30 and from September 1 to November 2. It is closed from November 4 to March 31.

Heating the pool depends on the outdoor weather conditions, so specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
