Modest apartment in a quiet building. All year long open swimming pool. Very accesible to bars, restaurants and the beach and dunes. International TV channels. Bus stop at the corner, easy to park the car. Perfect for families or couples.

Located on the main street. Right downstairs there are very good restaurants and bars (local and german) and a supermarket right next door. The neighbourhood offers plenty of bars to have a couple of beers, different kind of restaurants, stores, pharmacies and supermarkets.
The closest mall is Cita Shopping Center. Yumbo Centrum Shopping is 10 minutes walking.
Ten minutes walking to Paseo Costa Canaria. Twenty minutes walking to the beach, Anexo II Shopping center. Walking 200 mts on the same street you'll find the Maspalomas dunes.
