☀ Note that the loft area is accessed by a ladder and may not be suitable for all guests particularly younger children. Renters assume full responsibility for any guests' interactions related to the ladder or loft area.

☀ The 3rd Queen bed is actually in the loft area

☀ This home is on pilings and is engineered to move. Don't be alarmed by the swaying.

☀ The property isn't enormous, and as such we ask that if your party is over 6 persons that you do not book.

☀ This villa has outdoor cameras for security purposes only, there are no cameras inside the house, and the cameras do not record audio. Cameras are located by the front and below the house by the parking area. These cameras are for security and your protection, please do not touch or tamper with the cameras.

☁ Internet may be spotty or inaccessible at times during busy weekends, due to congestion and overloading of local infrastructure, we will work with provider to do what is possible to alleviate issues as best we can.

☁ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages or any other events outside of our control. We recommend travel insurance as weather on the coast can be unpredictable.
