Summer in Lake Tahoe at the gorgeous Oliver Vacation Home! Connect with family & friends in the large, mountain-modern, open living room, dining area and kitchen. This home has been extensively remodeled including hardwood flooring and stainless steel appliances. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, a large primary suite with walk-in shower, couch and a flat screen TV upstairs plus a loft for extra living and sleeping space. The home is pet-friendly and you can walk to the beach!

The space
The Oliver pet friendly Lake Tahoe vacation rental home has a large living and dining area that are open to the kitchen for easy conversations. The rental home has been extensively remodeled including the hardwood flooring, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Downstairs features two bedrooms and a bathroom (tub shower) and upstairs there is a large master suite with walk-in shower, couch and flat screen TV. The upstairs also has a loft for extra living and sleeping space. Off the lower level is a large redwood back deck, patio furniture, and hot tub.

In the summer, the home is within walking distance of a dog friendly beach (Patton Beach), Magic Carpet miniature golf course, Sierra Boat, 7-11, CB's Pizza, Old Post Office coffee shop, Waterman's Landing, Gar Woods Bar & Restaurant, and Carnelian Bay.

All vacation rental homes are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV & DVD, washer & dryer, and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Other things to note
DOGS: This property is dog friendly for a maximum of up to two well trained and well behaved dogs that will never be left unattended in the home or allowed on the furniture. No other pets are allowed. There are no additional fees associated.

NO AC: There is no air conditioning available at this property. The majority of homes in our mountain climate do not have AC as it is rarely necessary. Fans are provided in bedroom closets or available upon request.

SEASONAL: Patio furniture and BBQ grills are not available 10/15-5/15 as they are stored for the winter season due to snow.

FOR THE COOK: The property has pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cookware, but it does not include spices and oils, because these can attract bears when the property is sitting vacant.  In turn, we kindly request that guests bring any personal cooking oils, spices, and condiments you may require.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Please do not use the spa after 9:00pm or before 8:00am because you may be subject up to a $1000 fine from the new Placer County vacation rental ordinance. Noise carries more than most guests expect and there are primary resident neighbors who need to work in the morning. Neglectful treatment of the hot tub by the guest and may result in an extra charge. All guests must shower before entering the hot tub. Please follow the rules for safety and to avoid an extra charge for servicing.
