These upstairs rooms in our historic, 1873 Italianate brick farmhouse is beckoning for guests to come and enjoy it's charm. One room has a queen bed & the other room has two 3/4 beds with 14' ceilings in a fully restored home on rural 29 acres.
The space
These two large upstairs rooms share a bathroom. The Kids' Room has two 3/4 antique beds, which are not quite a full size bed but bigger than a twin at 45 inches wide and only 6 foot long. Both beds have a memory foam mattress. A couple could share a bed, but be mindful of their smaller size. This room has windows facing south and west. The Queen's Chamber has a Sleep Number Queen bed with windows facing east and south. The bathroom is down the hall and has a claw foot tub and a claw foot shower to relax and renew.
Breakfast can be prepared for an additional $10 per person depending on the hosts' schedule. Please inquire.
Guest access
In addition to the bedrooms, within the house guests will have access to the dining room and TV room. Kitchen use is limited to dishes and some fridge space for storage. Outside the grounds are available for use. Laundry is available upon request.

We will interact with the guests as much as time allows and you desire. We love to chat about our home and adventures and hope to hear about yours.
Other things to note
This home is a loving work in process. After purchasing the home in October 2014, there always seems to be something more to do, another project to tackle. Our property is a working homestead, so there are inherit risks of agritourism activities. In accordance with Indiana State Law, we will be collecting a 7% IN Sales Tax and 3% Innkeepers Tax on all reservations.

The Queen, Holly (pronouns: she, her, hers), and I (pronouns: he, him, his) live in a beautiful historic home. We love to entertain and are excited to open our home to you. We have three lovely bassets hounds that are spoiled rotten and a working LGD Spanish Mastiff. We love traveling and enjoying the outdoors with them. For us, everyday is a holiday!
