Beautiful, brand new 4 bedroom home with an elevator located in the heart of Grayton Beach, FL near 30A. This home has everything from spacious balconies to high end modern design elements with a gourmet kitchen! This home features 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms that have soaking tubs and separate showers. Resort style swimming pool is just steps away. Nearby, enjoy the best dining, boutique shops and the worlds best beaches that Grayton has to offer!

The house is 1 mile from the beach. We use the Grayton shuttle to get there, which is a two-minute walk from the neighborhood.

From the host

Shuttle: GRAYTON BEACH TRAMS will operate out of the “Grayton Central” parking lot on C.R. 283 (across the street from our neighborhood)
Trams will transport guests from the parking lot to a central drop-off point near the west beach access, where people can easily access the beach, the Red Bar, Chiringo’s or any of the other local shops and businesses. Another runs to Seaside Square. The trams run daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
