Within minutes of leaving our driveway, you will find yourself in close proximity to Keeneland, the Ky Horse Park, the Ky Castle, Midway, Versailles, and Georgetown.

We're also near esteemed bourbon distilleries such as Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, and my personal favorite, Castle & Key.

The Setting & Surroundings

Nestled along the scenic, historic Old Frankfort Pike, your drive in takes you past world-famous horse farms and picturesque countryside like Darby Dan and Saxony Farm. Because we're in a tranquil, rural setting, nights here are deeply peaceful and very dark—perfect for stargazing, though we recommend arriving during daylight on your first night if you are unfamiliar with country roads!

Our immediate surroundings are peaceful and extremely safe. The property next door is mid-restoration by a lifelong local, so while it has an unfinished, rustic look from the outside, there's zero disturbance—just a quiet, secure neighborhood.
