Orange Door Mountain Villa is a spectacular home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, & an outdoor shower, located in the majestic mountains of Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic. You will feel immediately relaxed when you experience the amazing views from each room of the home. The villa is located less than 10 minutes from town where there are plenty of quality restaurants, cafe’s, supermarkets, ice cream shops, white water rafting, paragliding, off roading excursions and of course plenty of shopping.

The space
Entering this meticulously designed villa you will be greeted with an open living floorplan. There are many large windows which allow the expansive mountain views to be taken in the moment you walk inside. The main living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, family room with wood burning fireplace and a dining room space where your family and friends can gather. Just outside the large patio doors, there is a covered living space with a L-shaped sofa and an additional 8 seat dining table.
To the right of the front door you will find a bridge which will take you to one of the two master suites. The room has a queen size bed with a chair, smart TV, and large built in closet/dresser. The bathroom includes double stinks as well as a shower. This room has a private balcony with 2 rocking chairs with stunning long mountain range views, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Downstairs you will find a hang out area, with a small sofa, smart TV and games. There is a small table with floor pillows under the stairs to play games or to build a puzzle. From this space you can enter one of downstairs 3 bedrooms. The first room includes a queen size bunk bed (both beds are queen size), smart TV and built in closet/dresser. This room shares a bathroom with the second guest bedroom. The bathroom consists of two rooms, one with the double sinks, the other with the toilet and shower. This allows multiple people to use the bathroom at the same time. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, a chair and large built in closet/dresser. The final room is the second master suite. This room includes a queen size bed, chair, smart TV and built in closet/dresser. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet and shower.
Just outside the downstairs master suite and the hang out area you will find the large picuzzi (hot tub that can also be used as a plunge pool). This space has a large outdoor kitchen which includes a sink, small refrigerator, 4 burner stove, Blackstone grill and charcoal grill. The table will fit everyone staying in the home. There is also a large seating area to share lots of stories and laughter. This is also where you will find the half bathroom with a toilet and sink. *New addition* We now offer an outdoor shower with hot water! Enjoy the cool mountain air, hot water and mountain views.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole home, including the outdoor areas to enjoy with your family and friends. The jacuzzi/plunge pool is private for you and your guests to enjoy.

Other things to note
Please download the AirBnB app as all communication with the hosts will be through the app.
The hot tub will be operated by the staff only. Please be sure to allow for at least one hour before using the hot tub to allow for it to start warming the water.
The home is equipped with an inverter system so you will still have important amenities such as lights, fans and water should there be a power outage. Please keep in mind that during storms and prolonged power outages, the batteries can run out of power so please keep power consumption in mind.
