Spacious lodge style home on a large, wooded corner lot just a few minutes walk from the Lake Guntersville. Large paved curved drive adequate for multiple vehicles, including boats. Perfect for a fishing trip, family vacation, small group retreat or a girls, guys or couples getaway. 70" Smart TV in great room with streaming access and ESPN sports included.

The space
Open living space includes large airy living room with 18’ cathedral ceiling, comfortable seating for up to (8) people with a 70" Smart TV in great room with Samsung TV Plus provided over 300 channels of entertainment including music channels. We also provide ESPN as well. The space also provides high speed fiber internet to provide you to sign into all of your favorite streaming services on all (4) TVs. Large leather sectional and Electric Log fireplace.

There's a comfortable lodge feeling and décor throughout! You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with freestanding 60 pound a day ice maker to fill your coolers. All new appliances including Washer and Dryer. Table seating for 6. Queen beds and 45” smart TV’s and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The exterior features a wrap around porch and in the year an available fire pit for your enjoyment.

This house is in a neighborhood where there are several cats that roam free. They will occasionally come by but are generally friendly. Please do not let them in the house. If they bother you please just shoo them away. They will generally run if you fuss at them.

The City Harbor and other dining, shopping and entertainment options are just 10 minutes away. Huntsville is also short 25 minute drive.
