Our apartment is located in the Paraíso do Atlântico Residence Club Condominium, which is a point of reference throughout João Pessoa due to its great organization and resort infrastructure!

The space
Our apartment is 107 m2 and has been carefully designed to accommodate our guests with comfort and practicality!

There are 4 air-conditioned rooms and 3 bathrooms.

We also have a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate those who come in larger groups. Or if you prefer, we have extra mattresses for the bedrooms.

In this way, we can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 people.

Our living room is air-conditioned and integrated with the balcony and kitchen, a perfect place to interact with the family while preparing meals.

Our kitchen is complete with everything you need for those who like to cook.
We have smart TVs in the living room and in two bedrooms Wi-Fi.

Our apartment has a protective screen on the balconies, a portable crib, a baby bath and beach buckets. No decoration accessible to young children. This makes our space super safe and comfortable for traveling with kids!

We offer private parking for 2 cars and easy parking on the side street.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all common infrastructure of the condominium that looks more like a resort with several swimming pools, kids space, game room, fitness center, Jacuzzi, saunas, women's space, etc., as well as a super useful ice machine to supply the coolers when going to the pool.

As for having a cooler... our guest doesn't have to worry, we'll lend you ours!

The condominium has umbrellas and beach chairs for guests.

The most incredible thing of all is that we have direct access to the beach, whose sea is spectacular: clear, calm and warm waters... A real saltwater pool ideal for children.

Other things to note
The sea in front of the condominium changes a lot according to the tide table.

When the tide is very low, it is possible to walk about 300 meters into the sea with water up to the knees.

When the tide is very high, it is possible to dive between the waves.

In the meantime, you'll have a super quiet sea bath that will make you feel like you're in a warm-water salt pond, and you can even float!

Neighborhood highlights

Our neighborhood has good infrastructure with supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants within 2 km of the condominium.

Our condominium is very well located and we have a very large support infrastructure in the neighborhood, which makes our accommodation very practical even for those who are not driving.

Across the street behind the condominium (because in front we have no street, only the sea) is Getmall, a free-trade center with cafeterias, a hamburger shop, a sushi bar, an ice cream shop and a small supermarket. In addition, there is a children's space with a very interesting outdoor playground standing on the sand.

Across the side street, we have Espaço Almagre, with food trucks serving drinks, snacks, sandwiches, pizzas and other snacks, there is the Tião do Caragueijo restaurant and the Almagre Market with the essentials of a supermarket, and there is also another children's playground.

We do not have restaurants inside the condominium, but this Tião do Carangueijo restaurant delivers to our pool area, if the guest wishes.

Walking along the beach, we have 3 more good beach restaurants:
Ancoradouro restaurant is 100 meters away, Lovina Restaurant is 400 meters away and Marujo restaurant is approximately 600 meters from our condominium. You can get to them by the beach or by the back street if you want to go by car.

On the beach, on the way to these restaurants, it is possible to rent kayaks, stand ups and even take kite surfing lessons for those who want to venture into the sea.

Boat trips to Areia Vermelha depart from near the condominium.

We are close to Jacaré Beach, where the sun sets to the sound of Ravel's bolero, and the Santa Catarina Fort in Cabedelo. All are famous tourist attractions of João Pessoa, worth checking out!
