Tucked at the end of a quiet road in Hochatown, this 3-story retreat sleeps 10 with two King Suites, a bunk room, and treetop pool table views. The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance.
➠USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS:
Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.
➠ PET POLICY:
If you plan to bring pets, please reach out to us first for approval, if approved, we charge $50 per pet per night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE AND CARPET ROOMS/LIVING AREA, ETC, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY.
➠ FIREPLACES:
Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (May 1 - Sep 30).
➠ GUEST PORTAL & BOOKING VERIFICATION:
We use a secure third-party guest portal, SuiteOp, to help manage your stay and complete the booking verification process. After booking, you’ll receive a link to the portal where you’ll be asked to complete the required booking verification steps, including providing a valid ID, signing the renter agreement, and completing the required security deposit/damage waiver.
You’ll also be able to access important information about your reservation, including check-in instructions, house information, and other details to help make your stay as smooth as possible.
➠ CRITTERS:
We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property.
➠ NATIVE PLANTS AND ANIMALS:
This cabin is located in a rural part of town. As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, dogs, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!
