Located on 5 acres of land, this spacious home has a fenced-in backyard where you can relax on the back porch, sipping your morning coffee and a nice evening at the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Out in the country, but 2 miles from town, it's the perfect spot to explore the wineries, Painted Churches or antiquing in Round Top!

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the High Hill area of Schulenburg. The Blue Hause is approximately 2 miles from town and about 2.5 miles from one of the most famous of the Painted Churches.

We are also only 5 minutes from one of the large wedding venues which makes it convenient to stay at our place for those occasions.

We are also located within a short drive to wineries and breweries. Enjoy the festivals that take place in town but still be far enough away to enjoy your own space.
