The gravel boat ramp right out front allows direct walking access right to the waters edge. Tucked away on 3 acr. located on the banks of the East Fork of the Beautiful White River. Hoosier Nat Forest 2mi. (Hunters Welcomed) Frenchlick Casino 15 mi. 6 mi to Bluesprings Caverns. Martin State Forest 5 mi(fire tower). Williams Historic Covered Bridge 2mi. 15 mi to Springmill State Park.

The space
Looking for a quiet place to escape your busy everyday rush & experience the unparalleled beauty of Southern Indiana, The Overlook is it. Come stay with us to relax & rejuvenate. Relax on the screened porch or by the firepit, both overlook the river. Or the Sunroom that displays the large grassy area that often has wildlife visitors. Our place was once a fishing/musseling home in the 60's & 70's. It has since been modernized with todays conveniences. It sits right on the banks of the river, giving you a grand view of the waterway. There is a large cleared walkway (Gravel Boat Ramp) that provides easy access to the water for fishing or closer sightseeing. It truly is a tranquil place. And in the midst of nowhere, we have high speed fiber internet for your "work from home" needs. Ssshhhh, we won't tell your boss you're here.

Entire space & three acres of land. Gorgeous river front views. Screened in Porch that overlooks the river, along with an open deck as well. There's a covered porch on the front that overlooks the large yard space. Or cozy up in the sun room & watch for deer and other wildlife. Fish or simply sit and soak up the sun & nature. Bird watching is marvelous here. Many types of birds have been identified here. Bald Eagles and Blue Herons are a daily sight flying over the river. A must see.

Fire wood is provided, along with fire starters.

All Dogs must be in a Leash and under owners control at all times
