Situated in a convenient location, Villa Per Mare grants easy access to a variety of amenities, with a range of shops including a supermarket, tavernas, and an ATM located just 50 meters away. Covering 120m2, the two-storey villa provides ample space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across its three bedrooms, ensuring a delightful and indulgent stay.

-Living area features: Cozy corner sofa, 43'' smart TV, PlayStation 4, Bluetooth speaker, direct access to the pool
-Dining area accommodates up to six guests.
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar with three stools.

Ground floor bedroom: Queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), spacious closet, 39'' smart TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower cabin.

First Floor
Two bedrooms:
-Queen-size bedroom (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with private balcony and patio furniture, sea views.
-Bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be combined into a King-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m); can be separated upon request. Includes private balcony with patio furniture.
-Both bedrooms equipped with 43'' smart TV, A/C, and closets.
-Bathroom with a bathtub.
-Washing machine

Outdoor Area (150 m²)
-Private swimming pool (27 m², 1.70 m deep) with step access, six sun beds, and a poolside shower.
-Outdoor dining area under a pergola, seating six guests.
-Ping pong table and lawn area for children’s play.
-Gas barbecue.
-Shaded parking space for one car.
-Fully fenced villa with gated entrance for security and privacy.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located in Maleme, a small village, 16 km to the west of Chania. In front of the villa, separated only by the coastal road, it’s the main beach of Maleme. Maleme is a modern touristic village with well organized tourism infrastructure and Travel Services. In Maleme you can also find medical office, pharmacy, hotels and apartments, car rental agencies tavernas, restaurants, gas station, super market, mini market, bakery and souvenir shop. Maleme village is also only known for its history, which starts from the late Minoan Era and continues to the Second World War with the battle of Crete and the battle in Maleme's airfield.

The Monumental Olive Tree of Vouves and its museum in the settlement of Pano Vouves in West Crete is just a 20 minute drive from Maleme. The most renowned olive tree visit today about 20,000 people annually from around the world, with a view to the rapid growth of visitors. From the sacred tree was cut at a special ceremony, wreaths for marathoners winners at the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004 and Beijing in 2008.
