There is a keyless entry to the building, the second floor, and the third floor. Guests are given all codes within 48 hours of checking in. Three off-street parking spaces are available behind the building.

🕑 Early check-in/late checkout: $25/hr with 24hr notice

Parking note - there are two dedicated parking spots behind the building. Otherwise, there are paid parking lots nearby at W25th and Chatham and the other is at W 25th and Lorain. Parking rates as of April 2026 were $14 for 24 hours. This may not include in and out privledges fyi.
