Guest access
There is a keyless entry to both the building and your private second floor. Guests are given a code within 48 hours of checking in. Off-street parking is not provided. There is plenty of street parking all around the area.

Other things to note
🚧 Approx. 20 stairs to access your unit (no elevator)
🧍‍♂️ Jeff, the maintenance man, lives on the 1st floor (no access to your space)
🚫 No washer/dryer available for guest use

We rent the entire building if you have a larger group!

Parking - there are paid parking lots nearby at W25th and Chatham and the other is at W 25th and Lorain. Parking rates as of April 2026 were $14 for 24 hours. This may not include in and out privileges fyi.
