One of a kind Lord of The Rings themed Hobbit House. With hidden surprises around every turn. You won't be able to stop uncovering the small details that will add to your enjoyment of your stay. Almost everything in the house was custom made by the builder to add to the unique charm of the house. From the medieval doors with operable speak easy look throughs and the whiskey barrel cabinets, you don't want to miss putting this house on your travel bucket list.

The space
The Hobbit House consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor via a conventional set of stairs, while the master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor via a spiral staircase. The Master Bedroom has a on suite full bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom is located on the first floor.

There is a 5 person hot tub on an elevated deck just a few steps out of the front door that overlooks a mountain stream and waterfall.

There is also a fire pit and patio just off of the sidewalk as well as supplied firewood.

Guest access
The Hobbit House is accessible via a gravel driveway. The last portion of the approach to the Hobbit house has a fairly steep portion of driveway.

In winter months, we often close this portion of driveway and provide a Subaru Outback with chains on all four tires for our guests to use. You will be required to park in the upper parking are on our property and use the Subaru to access the last portion of driveway to the Hobbit house if we have closed the gate to this portion of driveway.
