Welcome to our nature lover's paradise, where the woods & trails meet the beachside loungers, pergola and fire pit. Offering the best of both worlds, here you will find the cabin lifestyle complemented by the main property with modern amenities and much more. Dream on in to be greeted by lush gardens and waterfall sounds, birds chirping and the breeze swaying the trees that surround the property. Here, you will discover a magical place to relax and to entertain. In the yard, you will discover there are many possibilities to enjoy the Cape Cod life. As you find a place to sit and relax from the numerous outdoor spaces provided, you'll soon see a Cardinal, Blue Jay, Hawk or Hummingbird along with other species flying by or bathing in one of our bird baths.
You are invited to get access to our beach pass that grants free parking to all Barnstable beaches, lakes and ponds. There are more than 15 options to choose from, all located within 1-7 miles from the property. Here, you will treat your guests to relax in a delightful blend of boho chic and modern design perfectly conceptualized to capture the charming essence of beachside living. This opulent haven offers an abundance of open space and modern amenities to host your family, including 8K TV, surround sound speakers connected by Bluetooth in the entire first floor and all bathrooms, ambiance lighting indoors and outdoors, and comfortable furnishings placed to enhance your experience. Our goal as your host is to empower you to fully immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of the nature that surrounds you while at our property.
This stunning home boasts 4 bedrooms (one outdoors), a private office and 3 full bathrooms, providing ample space for ultimate comfort and enhanced relaxation. The bedroom in the chalet outdoors optimizes ones stay especially if looking to be in nature, and disconnect from the everyday hustle with no access to electricity. It was designed to light the way in the backyard to connect indoors, to provide easy access to the bathroom located by the outdoor shower, inside the bedroom suite on the first floor.
With 3,072 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for privacy and entertainment. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in the main areas, ensuring a pleasant climate throughout. The open kitchen and floor plan create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for gatherings and creating cherished memories for a lifetime, with close friends and family. The surround sound system on the first floor can play your favorite music to set the mood for your entertainment and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all you need to cook your favorite meals.
The outdoor space was designed with gatherings in mind, with fun activities for all ages and moods. Play basketball, relax in the hammock under a picturesque pergola, cookout on the grill with a dining area for eight, or unwind by the waterfall. In the backyard, enjoy memorable conversations by the beachside fire pit surrounded by natural beauty or go for a hike in the trails that run for miles, accessible right from our backyard.
There are two bedroom suites, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Another bedroom was setup with two twin beds, while the first floor suite offers a king bed, and the second floor suite offers a queen bed. Both suites offer air conditioning, a seating area, and a full bath. Nestled within the property, a quaint cottage offers a secluded getaway. Equipped with a king-size bed, it provides the perfect retreat for quiet moments of relaxation and introspection. Unplug with a captivating novel, or simply revel in the tranquility that envelops this charming abode. There is a mosquito net over the bed and battery powered fans to keep you cool and provide a comfortable nights stay.
In the lower level, you will find the board game room and sitting area with a TV. Board games available include Monopoly, Yahtzee, Clue, Dominos & more. We also provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels and other beach games and gear, which you are welcome to use. Extra fans are provided for your comfort. All bedding linens and towels are 100% cotton, and are provided by the host. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We can’t wait to open to doors to your dream stay.
Guest access
The entire property is accessible to guests expect for a small utility room in the lower level, whereas access is only granted if needed.
Other things to note
The beach parking permit/pass which grants access to all beaches, ponds and lakes in Barnstable is a permit provided by the town and deemed as non-refundable and non-replaceable. If lost in your possession, a charge of $500 will occur to purchase a new pass. Please be mindful to keep it safe when in use, as it is a complimentary bonus we would love to provide to you during your stay, however if lost, a fee as disclosed herein will need to be paid to replace it.
