What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and depending on usage/length of stay, it is possible you may need to purchase some additional supplies. Note, there is no barbecue grill at the property to comply with our local fire code.
Neighborhood & Noise
Our property is located in a building with 3 individual units, as well as neighboring buildings, sidewalk and road (Gulf Blvd) close by. We are also a pet-friendly property. While many guests find the setting peaceful, you may occasionally see or hear neighbors, their pets, or other everyday activity during your stay.
Cleaning:
A departure housekeeping fee was included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Additional/interim cleanings along with linen service may be arranged during your stay for an additional housekeeping fee.
Pets:
We are dog friendly with an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee - 2 dog maximum and must be approved in advance. Sorry no pit-bulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, wolf-dog hybrids, any crossbreeds of the aforementioned, or any other dog that has been known to cause injury or is potentially dangerous. No cats.
Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs:
Should your unit be ready before our standard 4 PM check-in, we will notify you. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to add another night to your reservation. We do not offer late check-outs and the unit needs to be vacated by our standard 10 AM check-out time as we need to adequately prepare the unit for the next guest.
Air Conditioning in Florida Summers
In Florida’s summer heat and humidity, AC systems typically cool the indoor space about 15–20°F below the outdoor temperature. On extremely hot days, indoor temperatures may remain in the mid-70s during the day and cool to the low 70s at night. Keeping doors closed—especially the deck/patio doors—helps maintain cooler temperatures. The thermostat is set with a minimum of 70°F to prevent the system from freezing and becoming inoperable in extreme heat. This is normal performance for central air systems in our climate and is not a sign of malfunction.

WIFI is available free of charge at the property; however, we cannot guarantee connectivity or the equipment. We do not provide internet/IT support beyond providing login or access information.
