Tucked into the peace and quiet of Eugene’s desirable South Hills, this updated craftsman feels like a grown-up treehouse. An open floor plan is flooded with light from picture windows and soaring two-story ceilings. This thoughtfully furnished 3 bed/2 bath home is nestled into the hillside, offering magnificent views and the perfect balance of city access and wooded privacy—just 2–3 miles to downtown, Autzen Stadium, and the University of Oregon.

The space
Our rental property is the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. Recently updated and thoughtfully decorated by an artist who loves nature — and also appreciates a comfortable bed, good linens, and a great cup of coffee — we’ve taken every measure to create a unique and charming experience for our guests. Start making memories that will last a lifetime.

Our most frequently praised feature is the view. Guests love peaceful mornings gazing across the valley, often joined by friendly squirrels, turkeys, or even deer. For younger guests, there’s a full-size ping pong table in the game room and a movie screening area with Roku access for your streaming services. Or head outside to the rolling backyard, where you’ll find tetherball and several hammocks. Rainy days? We have a fully stocked cabinet of board games as well.
At the end of the night, unwind in the hot tub. It’s brand new and professionally serviced weekly to ensure every guest enjoys a perfect soak.

There are a few stairs to climb, as all bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. In return, you’ll find high thread-count sheets, plush linens, and quiet, peaceful rooms. The only television in the home is in the TV/game room — we hope you’ll appreciate the break from technology… or bring your personal device for any bedtime binging.

Guest access
The house is all yours. We do have 2 auxiliary sheds that are off limits. We also have 2 owners closets ( one in the game room and one at the top of the stairs ) that remain locked.

Other things to note
All Bedrooms and Bathrooms are on the second floor.

Our favorite part about Oregon is being outdoors, but we want to leave the dirt outside. We kindly ask that you leave your shoes in the bin by the front door. Thanks in advance.

While Eugene has a variety of casual, fine dining and even a plethora of food carts, nothing beats a home cooked meal. We have stocked our kitchen with everything you need to meal prep.

We have 1 covered spot and 1 uncovered parking spot adjacent to the first. The driveway does have a bit of a grade, but nothing crazy.

Staying a little longer? Feel free to do a load of laundry. We keep it stocked with detergent and dryer sheets so you can travel light.

We have the best neighbors! Please respect them and their peace. No parties please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am.

Several generations have learned to play piano on our lovely Yamaha. We invite our guests to play too. Please just honor our heirloom by not having food or drink on it.

Fireside chats are the best, but please exercise caution and common sense when using the fire pit.

We are a quirky family of four that loves to experience new things. Originating in Florida, Erin & Conrad made their way to the NW 20 years ago in pursuit of artistic endeavors. We owned and operated a glassblowing facility and art gallery in Eugene for many years. Conrad is an accomplished Chihuly trained glass artist. Erin is a nationally shown photographer. We spend summers recharging in Oregon and seeking adventure across the globe.
