The space
Private room but its like having your private small apartment.

Comfortable spacious suite with a private entrance and private bathroom, located in Garland. It is only one block from Richardson and a short distance to coffee shops and restaurants. You can park one car in front of the garage.

It is a 4-minute ride to Asian Mall and very close to hiking trails. It is also 20 minutes from North Park Mall, Texas Instruments, and Galleria Mall, and 30 minutes to Downtown Dallas. The suite includes internet and a Roku TV with YouTube. Please bring your credentials for any other apps you may like.

No pets are allowed.

You will have your own private room with a private bathroom, as well as access to the covered patio. You may see me occasionally watering the plants.

Other things to note
The AC is set to 70, but it can be adjusted to a slightly lower or higher temperature. Please inform me if you have any other preference.
