Location, location, location! This beautiful & serene, single family Victorian cottage from the 1890's is in a quiet spot just one block from Brady Street (w/ free garage parking). Get cozy inside during the winter season, and in warmer seasons enjoy the outdoor space and rooftop patio. Make any meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or easily walk to the amazing restaurants and bars on Brady Street. Comfortable and stylish, this is the perfect launch pad for your Milwaukee adventures!

The space
The beautiful millwork, original refinished hardwood floors, tall windows in light filled rooms, and vintage art mixed with modern pieces throughout sets this house apart. Vanities/desks in two bedrooms are great for working from home or a gorgeous spot to get ready for a big event! Great for wedding parties, showers, families and groups.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (2 kings and a queen) along with a full bathroom. Downstairs is a cozy and charming 4th bedroom off the living room, with a queen size, memory foam Murphy bed and an attached full bathroom. Plenty of space to relax outside in the yard or on the porch under the shaded rooftop patio. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking large meals and the dining room table that seats 8. Comfortable and stylish furniture in the living room, makes for great conversations with friends and family or a relaxing space to binge your next Netflix show.

Perched above the street, there is a set of 10 steps to the backyard entry way off the kitchen. The single car, attached garage with garage door keypad opener can fit a minivan or Honda Pilot (it's a tight fit but doable) or a smaller car, with easy street parking for additional vehicles. Maximum of 8 overnight guests and no more than 12 guests on the property at any time, unless permission is granted. Designed and renovated by Blair House Design!
