The space
The villa features two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—ideal for guests who value privacy when traveling together. Bedrooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and designed for practical comfort after beach days. Please note that the villa has a more lived-in style rather than a newly renovated finish.
The living area connects directly to the pool and is a comfortable indoor space for relaxing between outings. It offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a welcoming indoor space to enjoy time together.

Dreamland Beach is just minutes away by scooter and offers great swimming and sunset views.
Like many parts of Bingin, sidewalks are limited and roads can be busy—most guests choose scooters or ride apps to get around easily.

This property consists of 3 units arranged in a single row, with Villa 3 located closest to the parking area, followed by Villa 2 and Villa 1 further inside.

Located between both bedrooms, the living area connects directly to the pool and serves as a comfortable space to unwind after a day out. It features cozy seating and a flat-screen TV.
Please note: the living room does not have air conditioning, while both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for sleeping comfort.

• HOT WATER NOTICE
Please note that our property uses a water heater with a limited tank capacity, providing hot water for about 5 to 15 minutes, depending on the temperature setting. After that, it typically takes around 20 minutes for the tank to reheat. Unlike continuous systems in some countries, this setup may require a short wait between uses. We recommend planning accordingly, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help!
