Great proximity to the bus stop, bike-share, Fountain Square, the highway - everything you need is just minutes away! Whether you are here for work or pleasure, this property is perfectly located to easily access all Indy has to offer! Free on-street parking and free parking lot north of the building facing the tennis courts. *NOTE* no washer/dryer.

The space
The two bedrooms have queen-size beds and smart TVs. This apartment is located above a restaurant, plant shop, barbershop and bookstore. This private apartment faces a major street (Shelby Street), which tends to be noisy. Please note: (1) this apartment is located in a historic 100+ year old apartment building. If you don't like old buildings, it might not be the best fit. (2) The clawfoot bathtubs operate as showers. There no tub spouts.

Garfield Park is a family-friendly neighborhood located south of Fountain Square with easy access to the Pleasant Run Trail, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, and multiple interstates. The neighborhood is anchored by Garfield Park, Indianapolis’ oldest park, which is a tremendous asset to the area, boasting beautiful European sunken gardens and conservatory, the Garfield Park Arts Center, the Burrello Family and Aquatic Center, the MacAllister Center for the Performing Arts, the historic Pagoda, large, wooded tracts, and various recreational amenities. The neighborhood is populated by a mix of long-time residents and young families and is home to a plethora of local businesses.
