You'll have a great time at this comfortable bungalow in Penrhyn Bay. Close to local amenities but with the beauty of the Little Orme literally on the doorstep, Number 3 is the perfect place to relax on your holidays. A secure garden at the rear means you can bring along a furry friend with you. A short walk away is access to a beach but you are also very close to a long sandy beach in Rhos on sea.

The space
The bungalow is approached by wide steps with a handrail. All rooms lead off the entrance hall. There is a spacious and sunny living/dining area with full dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas and smart tv. Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven. Fitted fridge/freezer and small dishwasher.
Access to garden via back door.
King size bedroom with chest of drawers and open hanging and French doors to garden. Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom with bath/shower mixer and electric shower at other end of bath. Bath is fitted with a grab rail. Hall cupboard with a small load washing machine for essential items.
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board all supplied.
Dining area has a desk for working from home.
Garage available for secure storage of bikes etc.

Rhos on sea Golf course is 5 mins away and also close to North Wales and Maesdu Golf courses.
Perfectly located to explore North Wales, including Castles, the scenery, beaches and picturesque villages of Snowdonia and Anglesey, and for adventurous guests there are outdoor pursuits and thrill seeking activities at Zipworld, Adventure Parc Snowdonia, Bounce Below, Water Sports, Mountain Biking and hiking.
