Relax in this pretty, upscale waterfront cottage close to Main Street in the quaint town of Mathews. Enjoy country living and slowing down. Bring your boat or enjoy our canoe & kayaks. Morning coffee watching beautiful heron or pretty sunsets on the front porch...it's a slice of heaven! Renovated, tastefully decorated with water views throughout! Minutes from the Chesapeake Bay, beaches & Main Street- with a local farmers market, restaurants & shopping. A short drive to Yorktown & Williamsburg!

The space
The space is bright and open with waterfront views from every room! A large living room with comfy furniture is perfect to relax. A fully stocked kitchen awaits with dining for 8+. The primary suite is spacious with a walk in tiled shower. 2nd level has a two bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 double beds with a. bonus single bed (perfect for reading or a child). Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms up are joined by a Jack & Jill full bath.
The grounds are perfect for relaxing, having fun and enjoying the water. We have kayaks and a canoe. Two crab pots are on the dock waiting for you to catch your dinner. A small vegetable garden for veggies and herbs. We have corn hole & horse shoes. Roast marshmallows by the outdoor fire pit. Outdoor dining table and a picnic table for barbecues. Morning coffee on the back porch or evening sunsets on the front porch - so pretty! A mile+ to the heart of Mathews - enjoy antiquing, dining, shopping and more! Time slows down in Mathews County! Enjoy!
