The space
Apartment 34 sq.m, which is suitable to accommodate 3 people. It is located in the famous-historical district of Grotta in the Chora of Naxos. A neighborhood that got its name during the Venetian occupation from the Venetian conqueror Marco Sanudo, with its main feature being the amazing view of the Aegean Sea as well as the famous Portara beach!
It is just a 10-minute walk from the center of Naxos Town, 15 minutes from the port!
The apartment is on the ground floor, sunny, airy and has an amazing courtyard!
It consists of a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom-living room.
More specifically, when you enter the space, you see the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment that will give you ease and comfort during your vacation!
On the right is the bathroom area in white colors, moving forward we see the bedroom area with a double comfortable bed, while moving forward there is the living room which has a comfortable built-in sofa where it can accommodate one more person! Throughout the house, the elements of Cycladic architecture are pervasive, as well as dominant, and to the right is the kitchen of the house, where there are elements of Cycladic architecture!
The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with an anatomic mattress, where the shades of white dominate!
While the bathroom is of modern construction and modern aesthetics!
Guest access
You will have access to all the rooms of the house as well as to all the closets and storage areas. Except for some cabinets that will be locked with a padlock.
Other things to note
During your stay, we would like you to respect the other tenants and observe the quiet hours (and not only)
* Quiet hours: 14:00-18:00
*Garbage: In central areas, you will find the green bins where you can throw your garbage. While in the blue bins, you can recycle your paper packaging. (in your neighborhood, there is one 55 meters away from the house)
* Tap water: The water in the indoor faucets of the houses in Naxos is not drinkable. Get water either from the supermarket or fill your bottles from the municipal fountains that you will find in central parts of the city of Naxos (in your neighborhood, there is one 40 meters away from the house)
* Parking: 7 minutes from the house, there is a large public parking lot
*If you use local buses for your travels, get your tickets in advance, which are sold in all supermarkets, mini markets and kiosks.
*July and August are high traffic periods and it is difficult to find availability in cars or scooters, so we advise you to pre-book your summer vehicle.
